The ‘Orchester Wallisellen’, conducted by Leonardo Muzii, gave another wonderful performance last Sunday (April 2, 2017) at the Roman Catholic Church in Dietlikon. There was also a great performance by Valeria Curti, who joined the orchestra for the Concert for bassoon and orchestra by Gioachino Rossini (1792-1868).
The following pieces were played:
- Johann Nepomuk Hummel (1778-1837) – Ouverture opus 101
- Gioachino Rossini (1792-1868) – Konzert für Fagott und Orchester
- Franz Schubert (1797-1828) – Sinfonie No. 2 in B-dur
